Terms and Conditions
Pricing
Ducted Heating Cleaning quotes and owns the pricing of residential and commercial duct cleaning. Also, we have all the right to make changes in the prices quotations. The costs we offer may vary for home and business-owners and completely depends on the types of appointed services.
Residential Duct Cleaning-
The price for residential duct cleaning depends on the number of a number of stories in the building and the types of services. We can also change our quoted prices at the service location if the conditions of property turned out to be different as described.
Commercial Duct Cleaning-
In commercial duct cleaning like offices, factories and industries, we quote the price for only after the inspection of ducts
Payment
The payment should be done once duct cleaning work is done. The payment must be done in cash if no other payment method is agreed between the client and the business. Also, the customer must share us the card details, along with the confirmed methods.
If the payment method has agreed as bank transfer, the customer is supposed to make the payments 24 hours before the service time, in case of no transfer, we hold the right to cancel the appointment.
Cancellations
In case the customer needs to cancel the appointed services, then he/she has to inform us by calling us on our toll-free number. If the customer decides to inform us via email, then reference number, date of servicing, and address of appointment should be properly mentioned.
If the appointment is cancelled before 24 hours of the service time, no cancellation fee will be charged. And In case the customer has prepaid for the services, he or she will get the full refund after the deduction of transaction fee (if any).
The customers have to inform us about the cancellation at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
If the customer cancels the booking on the arrival of technicians/operator at the property, a call-out fee shall be charged of $180 to $200.
If the customer cancels the appointment at the spot at the time of services, he/she will have to 100% of a cancellation fee, including GST.
On-Spot Service Amendment
The customers are free to make the changes in the services on spot at the time of service at the cost of additional charges. The new quote will depend on the type of duct cleaning services you hire.
The services shall be cancelled if any of the parties disagree on the renewed charges.
Also, the customers are not eligible to claim a refund after the completion of services and our technicians have vacated your property.
